Kazoo does have multi languge support.

- Lanaguge support is lacking in Kazoo-ui and has gotten left behind with recent changes
- Use Monster-UI/accounts to change and manage an accounts language profile
- You cannot use the sup way to change languages anymore.
- Will not be recognized.

Where is the language stuff kept?
- pre 3.20 language was mostly in couchdb accounts/xxxxxxx/media_master
- Now language support is kept inside the account doc for the account.
