Documentation: Reorder Python Wrappers - MET Configuration tables to match order in wrapped MET config file #2405

The order of tables in the MET Configuration sections of the Python Wrappers do not match the order of the variables found in the wrapped MET config files. The excerpt of those files are found above the tables in each section.

Describe the Task

Refer to files in https://github.com/dtcenter/METplus/tree/develop/parm/met_config or the except of the file in the Python Wrappers chapter. Reorder the tables so they match the file order.
