Definitions

To "convey" means actively propogating this software to other parties or 
passively enabling other parties to recieve copies in any way.

Permissions

You are hereby granted a non-exclusive right to execute this software on one 
server and to make one back-up copy and one development copy.  Transferring or 
conveying this software to another party is not permitted.  

The development copy and the back-up copy can be located on different physical 
hardware than the original copy.  Development copies are not intended for 
production purposes.  Backup copies are not intended for production purposes.

Virtual Servers

Installation of this product inside an instance of a virtualized server, using 
virtualization technology as provided by the likes of Xen or VMware, contitutes 
one server.  Multiple virtualized installations on one physical machine is not 
allowed.
