it should be able to compare the ASpace and Alma MARC records, if both can be found, and see if the Alma record has an OCLC number in its 035 field, and if it is absent or doesn't match in ArchivesSpace, it should copy the 035 from Alma into the User Defined String 3 field

(assumes that other ArchivesSpace instances track OCLC numbers, and that they do so in String 3; both are speculative)
