Binding SF2 setting into File

I thought that it could be a good thing that you could put the fluid synth setting to the individual SF2 banks in a respective TXT file in the Rom directory, which is always called exactly like the SF2 bank to which it is assigned.

Thank you for the suggestion. This has now been implemented in the latest version.

I was never completely happy with the [fluidsynth.soundfont.x] sections in mt32-pi.cfg, and having them in separate files makes sense.
