Automating and creating routines around tasks

There are many small tasks that we do all the time @dwyl that need to be done but are chores for many reasons. Either they're repetitive or administrative or feel like they aren't moving things forward even though they take up time.

This applies to both code and business activities.

A good example of this is our labels sync project, allowing all dwyl labels (which our contributing processes depend on) to be easily synced to new repos.

In 2017 we need to automate/make repeatable/create routines out of as many of the things we do in dwyl as possible.
