Quotes translations for different languages.

This is fast and reliable source of quotes, but not for my language. I propose a solution to create a files with translated quotes named with ISO 639 Set 1 language code for example quotes_fr.json or quotes_es.json. Quotes will be translated gradually and additional quotes can be added for language,

Nothing against translating quotes in fact all for it! 🇬🇧 -> 🇫🇷 -> 🇪🇸 -> 🇩🇪 , etc.
Think we would need a systematic effort for achieving this as some meaning could be lost-in-translation. 💭
