As for your question "Can CuteOS be added to neofetch:" Neofetch doesn't seem to be maintained as of now, but I see you have already created the ascii art. If you want, you can open a pull request and I can add it to my maintained fork HyFetch

Since I'm releasing a new version of hyfetch for this month, I just added the current version of the CuteOS ascii from gitee (cute-os/neofetch 6c461c) so that it can be included in this cycle. Let me know if any changes are made.
