1. Introduces BondDescriptorAtom.
   • This is effectively the same as BondDescriptor was previously. Now BondDescriptor unique within a stochastic object and BondDescriptorAtom now links to the unique BondDescritor.
   • Motivation: it makes validation of bonding descriptors simpler
