This would be quite easy to do, the only specific parts are:

  • renderers.R
  • modifiers.R
  • shiny_ui.R (although a default template could be provided)

Some parts of renderers should be provided as generic ways of rendering things (e.g. scores)

Would also be related to splitting "funkyheatmap" to a separate package
