使用了环信的客服功能，现在怎么把微信小程序的客服信息转发到环信的哪里呢？

微信小程序的客服功能提供了接口，但是环信的对应接口在哪里

hi, 此小程序的demo是基于IM而不是客服功能做的

我可以基于IM的功能来解释你这个问题，通过IM的api建立好友关系，并且通过普通的好友消息就可以实现消息的推送

环信有小程序且基于客服的demo吗？我没有找到，是目前环信不知道小程序的客服吗？如果基于im，是说把用户和客服建立好友关系吗？
