从2024/04/13 08:31:30只就突然提示有消息，一直在打印。不知道什么原因。麻烦大神帮忙看下？

这个就是个检查活跃度的心跳日志，不影响的，不用管

这个是DefaultBot构造出的Bot实例心跳的默认实现，你可以自己实现一下，就不会打印了
