When running ebetanet, and presumably the new tezos-node RC, we get this error from baker/endorser/accuser

Error:
  Options -A/--addr ('node_addr' in config file) and -P/--port ('node_port' in config file) are in conflict with -E/--endpoint ('endpoint' in config file)
