Notes:

• My compressor is currently limited to "50% capacity" using the "Demand Function" via addition of a dry contact relay on the CNDM connection (see "Special Function" section of the manual -- the thing is heavily oversized, and this is one step we've taken to counteract that.). I didn't expect this to affect applicability of the CN105 ESPHome, but just noting here that it truly doesn't seem to.
• I'm connecting via ESP32-C3-zero from Waveshare with Tx and Rx on GPIO 21 and GPIO 20, respectively. This works fine under a minimal and more-advanced YAML ... I think? See Issue API disconnect and potential ESP32 crash while sending Stage, Sub Mode, and Auto Sub Mode info. #215
