In order to support multi-platform base images, the image files are extended by the --platform option and a script to build them is provided. This addresses issue #437. Signed-off-by: Michael Engel <mengel@redhat.com>

The images have already been built and published. For now, we should keep it simple and update the images as needed manually since they shouldn't change often.
