  1. add multi-platform support for base containers 

    In order to support multi-platform base images,
the image files are extended by the --platform
option and a script to build them is provided.
This addresses issue #437.

  2. switch used organization in base images 

    Due to the renaming from hirte to bluechi, also the
organization on quay.io where the base images are
hosted needs to be changed.
