Description

Current version of selenium chrome-node 3.14.0 is not stable - it is periodically updated with last changes from https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/docker-selenium master branch.

To avoid unexpected regression of E2E selenium tests because of update of chrome-node 3.14.0 image, we need to use one of the stable version of selenium chrome-node.
