It seems like the keycloak token is not properly refreshed for the websocket that keeps the dashboard informed about the workspace statuses.

Repro steps:

  1. start che server in multiuser mode
  2. open a workspace
  3. go to the list of workspaces
  4. wait a couple of minutes
  5. stop the workspace on the list page
  6. observe the websocket errors start popping up in the web console
  7. try to start the workspace again on the list page
  8. observe no workspace status change notifications
