Is your task related to a problem? Please describe.

Che Theia includes a set of VS Code built-in extensions for syntax highlighting, theming support, etc.
Most of them are from VS Code 1.39.1.
Need to sync it with the upstream Theia where the built-ins are from 1.44.2.

Please automate this process. Having to manually sync the built-in means that we will always be late. This issue can be included in the epic #15819

Issues go stale after 180 days of inactivity. lifecycle/stale issues rot after an additional 7 days of inactivity and eventually close.

Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale in a new comment.

If this issue is safe to close now please do so.

Moderators: Add lifecycle/frozen label to avoid stale mode.
