This issue collects work items of the Controller Team for Sprint 211 (January 12 - February 1).

Sprint goals

• Release DWO 0.11.0 and 0.12.0 for CRW 2.15
• Move Web Terminal Operator, DWO and CRW to the 'crw' namespace on Developer Sandbox
• As a user, I want to have the possibility to convert old devfile v1 workspaces to the new v2 DevWorkspaces
