Remove outdated editors from the che editors list #22964

Is your task related to a problem? Please describe

che-editors.yaml contains editor definitions that are outdated and are not used for a long time. The idea is to cleanup the editors and remove editors that are not actual anymore or update them.

List of editors that are not supported for a long time:

  • che-incubator/che-pycharm/latest/devfile.yaml was updated 2 years ago
  • dirigiblelabs/dirigible/latest/devfile.yaml was updated 5 years ago
  • ws-skeleton/eclipseide/latest/devfile.yaml was updated 4 years ago
  • ws-skeleton/jupyter/latest/devfile.yaml - was updated 5 years ago
  • cdr/code-server/latest/devfile.yaml - was updated 4 years ago

Describe the solution you'd like

Remove che-pycharm, dirigible, eclipseide, jupyter and code-server editors from the che editors list
