Describe the bug

It is imposible to open the dashboard on the dogfooding cluster due to failing a request

 https://che-dogfooding.apps.che-dev.x6e0.p1.openshiftapps.com/swagger/#/kubernetes-namespace/provision

It is a blocker for users who use the cluster for the development on regular basis.

Try to open the dashboard

Expected behavior

The dashboard should be displayed
