Not all files are deleted from editor after deleting parent folder(regression)

Reproduction Steps:

• Open a project in the IDE (e.g. web-java-spring from template)
• Open two files from the folder 'WEB-INF'
• Delete the 'WEB-INF'

Expected behavior:

• All files should be deleted from editor

Observed behavior:

• One of files is not deleted

Che version: 5.0.0
OS and version: Ubuntu 14.04
Docker version: 1.12
Che install: [Docker container]
