Features are executed in random order

Take for example:

public class SomeApplication extends ResourceConfig {
    public RestV1Application() {
        register(FeatureOne.class);
        register(FeatureTwo.class);
    }
}

The order in which both features are executed at runtime is random, which is not always desired.
Setting a priority, either via annotation or register(...) has no effect on the execution order.
