No Expiration Date Tab For User

When creating new user, we can set an expiration date for it. Nevertheless, when user is created, this expiration date is not visible and cannot be selected as a tab. It is, however, visible when we try to edit parameters of this user.

Testflow:

1. Login as kapua-sys
2. Go to users, create new user (e.g. kapua-user1)
3. Set an expiration date for this user and apply changes.
   Expiration date is set, but the tab for Expiration Date is missing.
