emmet extention not working in https://theia-ide.org/ online web ide, or in native deploy env

Bug Description:

i have try all config in metioned https://stackoverflow.com/questions/50750263/trying-to-use-emmet-with-a-react-app-in-vs-code, but still can't let emmet work

Steps to Reproduce:

1. open https://theia-ide.org/ try online ide
   2.new a .html file, and type html then press tab, can't see emmet work

• Operating System: mac monterey chrome 123.0.6312.122
• Theia Version:
• 1.48.3
• VS Code API: 1.87.2

This will be fixed by #13630. I'll close this, as the PR is already merged and will be included into the next release of the web IDE over at theia-ide.org.
