Description

More and more questions are coming in: 'Is it possible to install a plugin and run it in a specific container?'.

The result of this issue will be conclusions

  • how to install and run a plugin in a specific container ( run as remote plugin )
  • how can we display an information about already running remote plugins ( provided by docker image )

Good questions and nice to get started on this. Why do you create this issue on che-theia and not "Che" ?

@slemeur nothing special. It looks to implement the feature we have to push only to this repository.

Issues go stale after 180 days of inactivity. lifecycle/stale issues rot after an additional 7 days of inactivity and eventually close.

Mark the issue as fresh with /remove-lifecycle stale in a new comment.

If this issue is safe to close now please do so.

Moderators: Add lifecycle/frozen label to avoid stale mode.
