The latest changes are not propagated into next tag of che-dashboard because buildx does not work stable.

Describe the solution you'd like

Make build and push amd64 by default.
the existing multiarch build and push in a dedicated next-multiarch tag not to lose the work was done for multiarch support and to keep on a track how stable it is.
