Describe the bug

Start workspace page diplays stopping workspaces as starting

Che version

  • latest
  • nightly
  • other: please specify

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open workspaces list.
  2. start in background any workspace.
  3. stop the workspace.
  4. Open the workspace on recent workspace while it's stopping.
  5. Check that workspace start page displays that it's STARTING now.

Expected behavior

Workspace is displayed as STOPPING.

  • kubernetes (include output of kubectl version)
  • Openshift (include output of oc version)
  • minikube (include output of minikube version and kubectl version)
  • minishift (include output of minishift version and oc version)
  • docker-desktop + K8S (include output of docker version and kubectl version)
