Is your task related to a problem? Please describe.

To avoid problems described in [1] [2] we have to set the following properties for the rh-sso server v7.4.7 as well as for keycloak v7.14.x

-Dkeycloak.connectionsHttpClient.default.expect-continue-enabled=true
-Dkeycloak.connectionsHttpClient.default.reuse-connections=false
