Incomprehensible behavior for creation a factory from dashboard

Reproduction Steps:

1. Create a workspace with a project
2. Got to the Dasboard -> Factories
3. Click Create Factory -> Select the Workspace Tab -> click create button.

Expected behavior:
The Create button should be disabled (because we did not select the project for factory)
Observed behavior:
The button is enabled. After clicking we have unexpected errors.

Che version: 4.7.0-RC2-SNAPSHOT
OS and version: Ubuntu OS 14.0
Docker version: 1.11.2
Che install: local bundle
Additional information:

• Problem started happening recently, didn't happen in an older version of Che: YES
