[Che-6] Create selenium test for checking add maven project and module #6905

Description

We had the similar test but we remove this one because the logic was wrong. So we should return the test that implement next user scenario:

  1. We have maven project without modules
  2. We add new folder with maven structure. Check that just added folder defined as blank project
  3. Configure just added folder like maven project and check that this works properly.
  4. Reconfigure the current project to maven multimodule and check that maven plugin recognize the project like maven multimodule
    Note the scenario may be modified (simplify) after clarify some details
