Redundant DeviceMenagementException and DeviceManagementException

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The DeviceMenagementException (wrong spelling) should be replaced by the (already existing) DeviceManagementException, since the former simply replicates part of the latter. Moreover, two different definitions of DeviceManagementException currently exist, thus one of the two can disappear.

Only one DeviceManagementException should be present. The current abstract DeviceManagementException can be used as starting point.
