A new data option that would be helpful for GUI or other postprocessing: data-row and data-col (or data-i and data-j for shorter) in each <use>.
Probably it makes sense to toggle this on via a setting, so that we don't bloat actual SVG files. Plausibly it should be on by default in browser though. When I've done animation in slides (see #72), I've just used [x=...] selectors, but this would have been better.
