Line wrapping width does not seem to take the key value into account

And confirmed in foldFlowLines.js it only considers the indent + length of the value, not the key.

Should be fixed in the next release. As it turns out, I'd taken this into account when writing the actual folder, but then never actually used it from the calling code.
