Configuring tsconfig.json for --experimental-dts

I want to add tsconfig.json file as the @microsoft/api-extractor package requires it.

I installed typescript ~5.3.3 via pnpm and used npx tsc --init. Here is my tsup.config.tsfile:

What should be the tsconfig content for both configurations to work together?
