What do you mean by "latest version"? Is this a duplicate of #691?

When switching to the (updated, eic/irt#35) pfrich branch in IRT,
the drich part of this branch https://github.com/eic/EICrecon/tree/irt_experiment in eicrecon now compiles, runs, and produces some results. Asked Chandra to review the physics.
