In theory, setting --eksctl.region flag when running integration tests with ginkgo should seamlessly determine the region in which the integration tests will run. However, depending on how some eksctl commands are configured, this doesn't always hold true. We shall investigate each test, one by one, and ensure that setting the region actually achieves the desired behaviour.
