Add an integration suite for project depending on this. #2

We could add a simple suite that does the following.

checkout beats
run only the test for the dissect processor.
checkout logstash-filter-dissect
run only the test for the dissect processor.

I think ES is more complicated to run.

We could mark these job as non-fatal but could give us an overview of impacts.
