Kibana version: 5.2.0 build candidate with patch applied from #10017

Elasticsearch version: 5.2.0

Server OS version: Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit

Browser version: Chrome

Browser OS version: Windows 10

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): .deb

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:
I was zooming in to a Tile Map, and checking the request in the spy panel to see the precision level requested. Then I noticed that the data points were not drawing on the map where the spy panel had previously been. As if the spy panel was transparent to the map, but not transparent to the data circles.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a new Tile Map visualization using standard makelogs data
  2. Open the spy panel, switch to the request tab in spy panel. Scroll up and down in the request view
  3. Close the spy panel. Is there data behind where the spy panel was?
  4. Zoom in on the map. Did the data points draw where the spy panel previously was?
  5. At one point I refreshed the whole browser window and then all the data drew correctly and I haven't been able to reproduce it again.

In this gif, you see as I pan the image up, more data points are shown in Texas. And as I pan back down they disappear again (as if they are behind the spy panel.
