Describe the feature:
Right now, when the user creates a TSVB chart with percentiles, the legend is not readable.

It would be more readable if the percent appeared first as Visualize does:

let's hold on this until we see how elastic/elastic-charts#1245 solves the long legend problem (or we can use this issue to track implementing the charts fix in TSVB)

I am working on a PR to improve the way that percentiles and percentile_ranks work in TSVB. For now, I will just move the percent at the front of the legend. #107390

Let's use it for the elastic-charts integration 👍
