[Lens] Advanced "auto" date interval selection

The "auto" interval for date histograms does not always match what I want to do when I'm configuring a Lens dashboard. As a user, I want to have exact control over the date intervals in my visualization, so that they match my organization's priorities. There are 2 existing proposals for date interval selection in Lens, but neither of them offers complete control. The existing proposals are an auto granularity slider and allowing users to type a time interval like 1d in a single input.

I'm proposing that we create an "advanced auto" mode where users can override the auto interval at specific points. For example, I don't like the "per 3 hours" and "per 12 hours" options that Kibana provides, and instead I want only hourly visualizations. If I had an override option, I could override just these two options so that they are not used in my visualization:

Because this advanced setting is an override, it can work on top of the other proposed changes to date histograms.
