User is able to import the case with empty name under saved objects

Preconditions

1. Kibana should be running.
2. Agent should be installed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to case tab
2. Create the new case.
3. Navigate to saved objects under the stack management
4. Export the above created case
5. open the exported file and delete the name of the case and save it
6. Now navigate to saved objects under the stack management and import the same file
7. Able to import the case with empty case name
8. Navigate to case tab and observe that case is displaying with empty name.

Actual Result
User is able to import the case with empty name under saved objects

Expected Result
Case should not be imported with empty name as we can we cant create with empty title plus can create case with only space

Hi @deepikakeshav-qasource! Thank you for reporting this. I am closing it as it is not possible to to validate the import at the moment. This is the expected behavior.
