Today it is not possible to filter by service name without know kql syntax and knowing the field name (service.name).
To make this easier the search bar should by default filter by service.name. If the user wants to take advantage of kql they should be able to switch back to the previous search bar
To change back to kql behaviour:

UI Toggle similar to Uptime for easily switching between kql and service.name filter behaviour
