Describe the feature: Option to present a count, sum, last value as a percentage of the overall for the visualization. This doesn't apply to date histograms.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
User wants to visualize like you can in a pie on the bar visualization.

Today mapping a percentage to a bar chart requires a custom formula and you lose the "rank by" as well as the sort when you do this (although #86184 will help this).

Even via formula, it takes more clicks to setup a percentage and increases the cognitive load to accomplish this task.
