Browser version: chrome latest

Browser OS version: OS X

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from staging

Describe the bug: Users cannot yet share permalinks(share snapshot/saved object) on ad-hoc dataviews. It will be great to have this.

Please note this is a tracking issue.

Would be a possible once #148886 is done, minimal code change, functional testing would be required FYI @lukasolson
