The case being, sometimes the data relation in between each column (X-axis) is not relevant, but percentages in height makes the impact (Y-axis).

Scenario:
I have several price ranges in my data, and majority is in the 0-500 and quite a few in 500-1000 then catch all in 1000-X
Then as second aggregation I have categories, and these get visualised as splitting the bar charts (Y-axis)

Problem:
When this is displayed in charts, it is not too interesting to see in relation how many there are, as there's great charts for that. In this case I am more interested in relation of percentages. I'd lite to see some kind of tick box to ignore X-relation, and thereby have 100% height on all columns (x-axis).

Question:
Maybe this is possible, otherwise I'd like to say this is a feature request

This is dependent on: #1618 as well as @stormpython 's enhancements to the bar (maybe line?) chart.

#1659 is the vislib side of achieving this, at least for the vertical bar charts
