I don't see this as an enhancement. Brushing or filtering out the high-value bars would be a better solution in this case. Adding events to the tick labels would not be the best solution because bars could be stacked with multiple values. |
Agreed in Visualize brushing is a better idea. However in dashboards I don't think you'd want to change your entire result set just to be able to read some small bars in a panel. |
How about making the area above the bar click-able, which would work for normal and grouped? Wouldn't work for stacked, but I can't think of any solution to that. |

Bars on the right of this example are too small to be able to click on to filter, or the see the actual count in the tooltip. Maybe if the x-axis label was also clickable that would resolve the issue?
