[Canvas] Share workpad without Kibana Chrome

Very similar to dashboards and visualizations, Canvas should support some sort of permalink and iFrame capabilities that allows users to simply link to a Canvas workpad with and without the Kibana chrome. This would be a great addition to the "big screen" or "kiosk mode" use case.
