This was implemented in #36511 and shipped since version 7.3.

Currently, in visualize, there are labels for each split area in the bar but not for the total and not for Lens.

I don't think we will support any kind of value labeling in Lens until the underlying chart library has support for this. There are several issues, one of them is that the subtotal feature isn't supported, and the other is that the text color needs to be handled better (elastic/elastic-charts#238)

@timroes This is not a duplicate, it's asking for a different feature which elastic-charts does not yet support: elastic/elastic-charts#635

I think that it would also be very useful to be able to display part value labels in a stacked bar chart. Total value displayed outside the bar and part values inside the parts.
